30-Day Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original, sealed packaging.
What Can Be Returned
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Hardware, tools, and accessories in unused condition
- Defective or damaged products (contact us within 48 hours of delivery)
What Cannot Be Returned
- Opened chemical products (for safety reasons)
- Used applicator pads, towels, or brushes
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return
- Email info@csrdetailsupply.com with your order number
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Ship the item(s) back within 7 days
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to info@csrdetailsupply.com with your order number. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours — no questions asked.
